At SUKHAMEWA FOODS PVT. LTD., we strive to provide our customers with the best products and service experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which order cancellations are permitted.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 1 hour of placing the order, provided that the order has not been processed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for cancellation.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to a courier partner for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
As our products are food and edible items, cancellation requests received after dispatch will not be accepted.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
SUKHAMEWA FOODS PVT. LTD. reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:

Refunds for Canceled Orders
Customer Cancellations
For orders canceled successfully before processing or dispatch, a full refund (for prepaid orders) will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 4–7 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
Company Cancellations
If SUKHAMEWA FOODS PVT. LTD. cancels an order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 4–7 business days.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

Products purchased during specific promotional campaigns where cancellation restrictions are disclosed

Perishable food products once processing has begun
