Changed your mind? No worries.

You may request an order cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our customer support team and providing the reason for cancellation.

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are food and edible items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

• A damaged product

• An incorrect product

• A defective or compromised package

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant photographs or videos of the issue.

Our team will review your request and, based on the circumstances, may offer:

• A replacement product, or

• A partial or full refund

The final decision regarding refunds or replacements will be at the discretion of SUKHAMEWA FOODS PVT. LTD. after verification of the claim.
